The villa resembles a sailing ship that is “stranded” on the rocks of Cala Magrana. The living space is distributed over three floors. Viewed from the sea, the overall building height is impressive at over 20 meters and makes the villa visible from afar. The pool floor is the actual living floor with approx. 90 sqm, distributed over the kitchen, dining and living room and guest toilet. The ground floor, which can be reached from the street, comprises two double rooms with bath / toilet en suite. The identical bedrooms are also on the upper floor. Both floors have an area of approximately 90 square meters each.
